To complete your application, you will need:

• A valid government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of income (see acceptable income sources below).

Applicants must have a combined household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. For example, for a $2,200.00 townhome, a minimum gross income of $5,500.00 per month is required.

We accept:

• 2 months of most recent pay stubs.
• Most recent year tax returns AND most recent bank statement (self-employed).
• Official verified offer letter on employer letterhead.
• Pension or retirement income: most recent pension distribution statement or income verification letter from pension provider's website.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 7 months to 14 months. Current available terms include 7-month, 12-month, and 14-month options. contact our leasing office for pricing by term length.

A written notice of at least 60 days is required prior to your move-out date. Please refer to your lease agreement for full details.

Yes, a security deposit is required at Annalise Glen Creek depending on credit worthiness and rental history. Please contact the leasing office for more information on the deposit.

Your deposit is refundable, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, outstanding balances, and/or cleaning fees. Refunds are processed within 30 days of move-out per applicable state law.

All residents must maintain renter's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to or at move-in. If coverage is not confirmed or lapses during the lease term, residents will be enrolled in liability coverage by Annalise Glen Creek.
